Terms and Conditions

1. PRICES: All prices are excluding Goods & Services Tax and are subject to change without notice.(However we will endeavour to inform you by mail or fax about all pricing increases)  
2. DELIVERY: Free into store is a minimum of $100 excluding GST for Victorian Metro areas and $175 for Victorian country areas. All orders under the minimum will incur a $10 delivery fee.
3. PICK UP ORDERS: Orders can be picked up from our store providing you give a minimum of 1 hour notice. Any urgent orders for pick up please ring our sales and customer service people for assitance.
4. BUY IN LINES: Special buy in lines once ordered cannot be cancelled or are not returnable.
5. RETURNS: Returns will only be accepted if we are advised and a Return Aurthority has been given with in 14 days of the delivery. A restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the value of the goods whichever is the greater will apply. And  an additional fee of $5 if the goods are returned by our carrier.(If it is our error then none of the fees apply)
6. TERMS: Terms are strictly 30 days from the end of the month of which the goods have been delivered. We reserve the right to refuse credit and place the account on hold temporaily if terms are not adhered to.(Special terms may be available upon request)
7. TITLE: Title to the property in the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchaser has paid all monies owing to Allstat Wholesalers Pty Ltd.  
8. Please note that Allstat Wholesalers Pty Ltd are wholesalers for the stationery industry and only sell to resellers.
