Delivery

Allstat is proud to provide a delivery service that is fast, efficient and offers flexibility for all our customers  in the Victorian Country and Victorian Metro areas.

Our service is as follows:

• SAME DAY DELIVERY: Morning orders placed by 10.30am will be delivered that same afternoon for all our Victorian Metro customers. ( Although we shall endevour to send out every order placed by the cut off time some orders may miss if placed just before that time due to the amount of orders received and our courier pick up time)

• NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Afternoon orders placed by 4.00pm at the latest will be delivered next day for Victorian Metro area. ( Although we shall endevour to send out every order placed by the cut off time some orders may miss if placed just before that time due to the amount of orders received and our courier pick up time)

•  NEXT DAY DELIVERY: For our Victorian Country customers orders placed by 2.00pm at the latest will receive them the next day. ( Although we shall endevour to send out every order placed by the cut off time some orders may miss if placed just before that time due to the amount of orders received and our courier pick up time)

• PICK UP: We require a min of 1 hour to pick, pack and invoice goods.This will ensure no waiting time for our customers, however if you need something urgent other arrangements can by made if you speak to our friendly sales and customer service staff.

• F.I.S: All orders that reach the minimum amount $100 + GST per order for Victorian Metro and $175 + GST per order for Victorian Country are free into store. However any Victorian orders not reaching these amounts will incur a $10 freight charge.
